 When you learn how to move your body functionally, your pain goes away. Often people who are in pain will get “cookie cutter” exercises from doctors and physiotherapists that address the immediate pain issue but do not resolve the long-term issues that have caused the condition in the first place.

While these exercises might have short-term effects, they do not resolve the habitual movement patterns that are the true source of the pain.
