Second meeting you will have finalize the protocols you wish to implement and will schedule out your program.
Third meeting you will begin implementing your protocols.
Fourth meeting you will have completely implemented your protocol.
Fifth meeting you will begin reintegrating back into your regular life.

Only cut back on the food and stimulants you are comfortable reducing. For example some of you may want to cut out caffeine completely, others may want to only reduce your consumption of it.
